A great method that you can use to help you manifest your desires is by creating a manifestation journal.

Journaling is a time-honored self-development technique because it works for many different purposes. Manifestation journaling is just an application of this technique.

All you need to use this technique is a blank notebook or a journal and a pen. Here is a great bundle that includes not only a Manifestation Journal but a Planner and a Workbook. You can find a plethora of journals to buy online, if you prefer.

Handwritten is best

If you can, the best way to journal is by handwriting your thoughts using a pen, pencil and paper. Manifestation journaling is best not done digitally if you can help it. Journaling tends to be more effective if you write things down by hand. This is because manual writing uses different areas of the brain.

Make the time to write in your manifestation journal every day. You do not have to spend a lot of time writing. Even just 5 or 15 minutes a day is enough.

To manifest more quickly, here are some of the types of things you might want to write about:

Your Desires: What are you wanting to manifest? Describe it in as much detail as you can. You can repeat this exercise every day if you like and see how your description evolves over time.

Your Goals: This is related to the above idea but is also slightly different. Which specific goal are you working on related to your dreams right now? What are you doing about it? How is it going? Are you making progress? What are your current obstacles?

Keep in mind that your desire may be to have a clean house, but your goal is to actually take action to clean the house.

Positive Affirmations or Thoughts: It’s always helpful to think positively to help the manifestation process work. Using affirmations is one of the best ways to do this. Pick a few affirmations that speak to you and write them out three to five times each in your manifestation journal. You can also write down general positive thoughts.

Gratitude Lists: Use your journal to create lists of things you are grateful for. You can free-write such a list or try to write down a specific number of things. Each list will be different and does not need to include the same things. It is great to write down at least one thing you are grateful for every day.

Challenge Negative Thoughts: Overcoming limiting beliefs is a part of the manifestation process, too. Write down the beliefs you are holding as they occur to you. Are they true? No. Write down how and why they are not true. Then change the thought to something that is positive and affirming and write the new thought down several times.

You can repeat all of these exercises as often as you need to. They maychange over time as you get closer and closer to manifesting your desires.
